Shipping:
GoodRecords.com will use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail® for its shipping (average of 2-3 days within the U.S. and 4-6 days for International orders).
Rates: Delivery within the United States is on a per item basis.
Returns:
We firmly stand behind every item we sell, in the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied, just send it back within 7 days of receipt of your order to us for a full refund. We will not accept any returns without our authorization. Contact us for a return authorization number, and return your purchase. Item must be returned in original condition, original box with all paperwork included and with a return authorization number. If item is returned after the 7 day period, no refunds will be issued. Return shipping is not reimbursed.
